Zirconia is the strongest dental ceramic currently available, and Dr. Dulac has advanced training on how to predictably bond this material to teeth.

Our patient had a job interview next week and didn’t feel comfortable with the appearance of his smile. We fixed his teeth with root canals and crowns in a single visit so he could go to his interview feeling his best. At Dulac Dental we have a same-day crown machine so you don’t have to wait in a temporary for the lab to finish your crown, drive back, and get numb again to get your crowns. Dr. Dulac also has additional training in root canals so we don’t need to refer you to another office for that procedure. Dr Dulac is in the 15% of dentists nationally who have a milling machine to make crowns in the office.

Our patient wanted had some trauma to his front right tooth years ago and had some bonding placed that had discolored. He wanted to close the gaps in his teeth and due to a tooth size discrepancy between his upper and lower teeth, orthodontics wasn’t an option. We did a two-visit porcelain veneer procedure to close the gaps and establish a natural smile so that he felt confident leaving the service and pursuing a civilian career.

Cosmetic work with direct bonding

Our patient wanted to close the gaps without orthodontics, in a single visit, and this young sailor was changing duty stations soon, so time was a concern. Due to his young age, and timeline, and desire for a fully reversible procedure that did not involve tooth preparation, he felt direct bonding was the best option for him. With recent advancements in 3d printing, we can offer indirect bonding as a fully reversible procedure that’s even stronger and longer lasting than direct bonding. Dr Dulac is in the 15% of dentist nationally that are doing this type of work currently (2023).
